The aim of the international movement Capitalismo Consciente is to promote business cultures focused on personal and employee well-being, and to bring value not only to investors but also to society at large and the environment. Co-founder Raj Sisodia gave an overview of this initiative at a round table on 6 July in Barcelona. With culture as one of the movement’s mainstays, encouraging companies to draw on this factor as a driver of success, Interarts also took part in the event. Businesses worldwide are beginning to adopt this type of approach, shifting the traditional leadership focus from ‘I’ to ‘we’.
