The third international Europeana Space conference on ‘Cultural Heritage: Reuse, Remake, Reimagine’ was held on 21 and 22 November in Berlin, Germany. Focusing on this concept, the event showcased the myriad ways that cultural heritage can be used and enriched through new technologies, innovation and the ingenuity of the creative industries. Representing the project ‘CulturalBase. Social Platform of European Identities and Cultural Heritage’ was Professor Arturo Rodriguez Morato from the University of Barcelona, the platform coordinating body. Interarts and various partners from a range of European universities also participate in this platform. CulturalBase is funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 2014-2015 work programme.
