The Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights, Ms. Karina Bannoune, invites United Nations agencies and Member States, experts, academics, artists, scientists, professionals of the cultural sector, as well as civil society organizations, to contribute to the ongoing study on “Cultural Rights and Public Spaces” focused on the plurality and diversity of “public spaces” (urban, rural, natural, real or virtual).
All those interested in contributing to the study, should answer a specific questionnaire and send it to the contact e-mail email@example.com with the heading “Contribution: Cultural Rights and Public Spaces”, before 20 May (2019). The questionnaire can be submitted in any of the OHCHR working languages (English, French and Spanish) with a maximum of 2,500 words per question. Relevant annexes should be included, if necessary.
