Symbola Foundation and Unioncamere have recently published a report on creative and cultural industries in Italy. ‘Io sono cultura 2018. L’Italia della qualità e della bellezza sfida la crisi’ (I’m culture. The Italy of quality and beauty challenges the crisis) is the full title of this work, the result of a research of eight years, which analyses the impact of Culture in the economic world – for each euro produced by culture 1.8 are activated in other sectors-, and considers Culture a driver of territorial and sectoral development. ‘Io sono Cultura’ has a broadly look on the sector, in which includes art, music, heritage and other traditional cultural areas as well as new ones such a design or virtual games.
