Organized by the Department of Culture and the Media and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Government of Catalonia, in collaboration with Interarts, the seminar on “Cultural Diplomacy: reflections and proposals from Catalonia” was held in Barcelona last December. The seminar gathered contributions from international representatives and professionals from various countries, who discussed over three days on the concept of “cultural diplomacy” and its inputs in contemporary foreign relations, with special attention to the case of Catalonia. Now the final report of the seminar has been published, which summarizes the main presentations and discussions. This document is available below, in Catalan and English.
