Following the dynamic of the cultural cooperation campuses, this Euro-Asian cooperation project was undertaken organised by Interarts in association with The International Arts Bureau in London, the Fundación Asia-Europa and the Spanish Ministry of Culture. The participants in the seminar attended a period of intensive training that led to the production of a resource manual.
